The 2-2-1 Indiana Cutters are back in action this Saturday after a week off and will take on a familiar foe, the Warriors, on Saturday at 5 pm in Noblesville.
These two teams faced off earlier this year in tightly contested game that ended in a tie. There will be a lot on the line this Saturday as both teams are playing for crucial playoff seeding.
Both teams tied early in the year but the Cutters are going to be playing short handed as they have been plagued by injuries as of late. Key players like Zach Harrison, Anthony Hicks and Gary Whelpdale are all expected to miss tomorrow’s game and could potentially miss more time.
For the Cutters that are taking the offensive side of the ball, there will be the familiar faces of Chaz Nortona and Sydney Moore leading the charge. Blair Boruff will also look to step up on the offensive side of the ball. This game will be won up front versus the Warriors’ front seven though.
On the defense side of the ball for the Cutters, we will see the familiar faces making big plays on defense like Nick Land, Dre Key, and Kyle Franklin. These three and the rest of the Cutters will look to stop the prolific passing attack from the Warriors.
These teams are as close to division rivals as it gets. This game will come down to the wire and do not be surprised if it goes to overtime.
