February 7th brought us the start of our preseason schedule. This was the 1st of 4 workouts.The focus will be on fundamentals and team building. We feel these are the most important factors going into this season. Make other teams beat us, don't beat ourselves.
We had 30 plus show up. We had an uptempo 60 minute fundamental period focusing on all 3 phases. We then closed with a 30 minute competition period that forced guys to work together as one (highlights on instagram).
Overall we felt it was a success. We want to use this momentum to get us a great turnout for Preseason workout 2 of 4 which will take place on 2/21/19.
